What have others done with regard to the tourist visa with the signed online declaration? I havent got a printer so couldnt print off sign and then photo, so i just signed a piece of paper and sent that, i have now been asked to send extras which include a signed declaration, so i wrote on paper that i verify and confirm all the information i have supplied to be true and up to date, photo'd it along side my passport and now waiting.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The author faced issues submitting a signed online declaration for a Thai tourist visa due to lack of a printer. After initial confusion, they resorted to taking a photo of a handwritten declaration and their passport to send to the embassy. The comments provided various solutions like using internet cafes, local shops, or free apps like Adobe Fill and Sign to create signed documents without printing. Ultimately, the author found a method that worked for their visa application.
We use a local shop or Internet cafe to print and scan. Also there are likely to be computers and printers you can use at a local library. Or buy a cheap printer π
There's a free app that helps you signed document from your phone without printing called Adobe fill and sign in the apple app store or google play store.
Just like to say i think you should be carved in marble and worshipped by the entire human race until the end of time, in other words thankyou very much, although it took some time and lots of hair torn out, i think i got there in the end. Cheers
