I'm planning on going to the airport on 21 Nov with passport and ticket to fly to Australia. Wasn't sure if I had to out before 21 November or just before 2359 hours on 21 November?

Thanks Robert. I'm not being disrespectful towards you in any way, just trying to understand the protocol . Another person who posted in this thread posted this stamp on their TV which suggests there may indeed be limits on visa entries.

Maybe I'm misinterpreting the meaning of a 'bounce' . So a bounce in his case would be him returning on a visa waiver, from what you are suggesting, and then subject to two calendar year land border entries. I interpretered a bounce as the op leaving the country and then returning on another tourist visa. If so, your announcement does non mention visa conditions.
