Hi, I have a friend who has a Filipino passport and who is currently in Thailand on a SETV which she had already extended. She obtained this in Cambodia. Can she enter Myanmar and get another SETV easily just before this 30 day extension expires. I've tried googling and I'm not finding the info easily.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Filipino passport holder currently in Thailand on a Single Entry Tourist Visa (SETV), which has been extended, can indeed travel to Myanmar to apply for another SETV. It's suggested that she visit the Thai consulate in Vientiane to apply for another single entry tourist visa, which would grant her an additional 60 days in Thailand, plus a potential 30-day extension, similar to her previous visa.

Secondly Tod Daniels, what would she need show if she did it in Vientiane? Just a passport and photo with the completed form?

She can BUT she's gonna need to provide the documentation that consulate needs or she's not gonna get a tourist visa from them

yep, she can go to the thai consulate in Vientiane and apply for another single entry tourist visa. That'd give her 60 days when she enters and she can extend that by 30 days like she did on the first one too.
