TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster inquires whether they can fly out of Thailand on November 21, 2017. The responses indicate that as long as the person departs before 23:59 on that date, they will not face fines for overstaying. Some comments clarify that departing early on November 22 will result in an overstay stamp without a fine. It's generally confirmed that having a valid ticket and passport will allow for departure without issues.

Looks like you've already departed Thailand on the day your Visa expired back on 04 May 2016. I don't understand why you need to ask? you don't think you can do that again?

I didn't recall and didn't notice. If I had of, I would not of asked the question guys. I travel to many countries each year.
Before 2359 hours on 21 Nov, most airports only give an overstay stamp but no fine if you fly out during early hours of 22 Nov.
