, (y) the did indeed exit thailand on the exact date of their admitted until stamp dated May 4th 2016 ;)

if flight is on 22.11 at 00:01 you will be stamped with a day overstay but no need to pay.

Before 2359 hours on 21 Nov, most airports only give an overstay stamp but no fine if you fly out during early hours of 22 Nov.

I'm planning on going to the airport on 21 Nov with passport and ticket to fly to Australia. Wasn't sure if I had to out before 21 November or just before 2359 hours on 21 November?
