How much does quarantine cost in Thailand and is it mandatory in November?

We paid $2,500 for a mediocre hotel for two weeks in Bangkok food was horrible room was horrible not very happy we paid $855 for food and five star hotel in Phuket for two weeks and that was absolutely unbelievable we were at the Marriott at Merlin Beach then we paid $350 for our covid test.
