I went on booking.com and checked searched Phuket sha plus you can check all reviews and use filters.

But contact hotel directly.

I stayed at rawai palm beach which was good, not sure how old your daughter is but pool is very kid friendly and they have beach area for younger ones which i thought was a good idea.

Rawai is also one of the busier areas.

No apartments but you can get adjoining rooms.

Must be a SHA Plus hotel... And your family members must meet the inside Thailand entry requirements.

Place their names on your SHA plus booking and they can join you as soon as you have received the negative results of the RT-PCR COVID test taken on arrival into Phuket airport... Usually in 6-12 hours.

Get two adjoining rooms connected. Wife and daughter booked for one and you for the other.
