Hello super group, i submitted my visa application last tuesday in Hanoi under the category of freelancer and it has been since on “Pending approval”…since i didn’t know wether they would give it to me or not, i decided to stay 3 months in VN before re-entering Thailand, so i asked the DTV to start in may, in more than 2 months…would it be the reason nothing seems to move ? Anyone has been in my situation ? You need to ask for the visa at maximum 3 months before you start to use it so i thought i was in my right to do so…thanks for your thoughts on that !

When you apply for DTV you give ur flight details. If the visa is accepted but I need to fly on a different date is this ok? How long after approval do you need to fly

Anyone got their DTV approved after arriving in Thailand??? I'll arrive in 10 days and my application is still pending....

I have a stamp in my passport. Re entry visa multiple until 7th Nov 2024. I am leaving to go to australia 28 October but won't be back till January. Is 7th Nov when I can leave by or when I have to be back.

Hello! I arrived in Chiang Mai and got a visa exempt entry. I plan to get a 30 day extension as well. If my 30 day extension ends March 4th, can my flight out be March 4th? Or do I have to leave by March 3rd? Thank you in advance any help!

Hi everyone, if your 30 day visa exempt stamp indicates up to 9 Feb, am I correct in assuming that this is the latest day you need to leave by, not the day before? Many thanks.

Travel and extension question.

Did a search for 'extension' and 'consideration' and got a bit confused on when (and how long) the IO takes away your passport when under consideration.

Have type O non-imm....last extension expires 2 Aug.

Need passport for intl travel 26-31 July.

Option 1: go to Jomtien IO real soon (19 or 20 July) and risk IO holding my passport when I need it for 26-31 July travel. ...OR

Option 2: Go on expiration day 2 Aug after returning from travel. (I think the new extension has to be done on expiration day and not like 90 day report, a week after.)

Re-Entry. What happens when you choose to travel on a date that's different from the one in the Re-Entry form ?Do you need to get a new stamp? Thanks in advance.
