TLDR : Answer Summary
Quarantine costs in Thailand can vary significantly depending on the hotel and services provided. Users have reported expenses ranging from $2,500 for a mediocre hotel in Bangkok to around $855 for a five-star hotel in Phuket, with additional costs for COVID-19 testing around $350. As of now, if you are not vaccinated, quarantine is indeed mandatory. However, for fully vaccinated travelers, quarantine lasts for only 7 days, and regulations may evolve in November, but exact details are yet to be confirmed.

Full Vaccinated 7 days only..about prices check the hotels because different prices each hotel...
Âlî Khäñ Ibrahimkhail. Nobody knows what will happen on November 1st. Conditions will most probably be more relaxed, but if there's any localised outbreaks, conditions may be tightened again.
So you should consider to join a Sandbox. SHA+ is cheaper and much more comfortable than quarantine.
