If you travel with a visa then I believe the airline is not responsible for your return travel should you be refused entry. Therefore they will let you board without proof of onward travel.
Babies donât get fined or prosecuted in any way however they enter Thailand. Could be a tourist visa or the 30 day visa exempt stamp.
Long term, you should establish a legal status for your child if you intend for them to live in Thailand, probably on the back of your girlfriendâs status there, but if youâre just going for a visit then any entry status will do.
