Quick question if I may?

When extending a 30 day visa exempt entry in Phuket (Patong) do they ask for the TM 30?

There was a thread on here a few days ago but comments were closed by the time I saw it ๐Ÿ˜Š

TLDR : Answer Summary
When extending a 30-day visa exempt entry in Phuket, you are required to provide a TM 30 form. It is advisable to confirm this requirement with local resources such as the Phuket Volunteers for the most current information.

I changed my response.

Remember, this information is ONLY for Phuket, and I don't know how reliable it is (it should be very reliable though)
