I don’t know about that. I’ve been reading about numerous landlords trying to stick tenants with repair costs. Yes, they should not need to worry about repairs, but there’s a level of control with ownership.

When talking about Florida, there's no getting around "political bs". The "politics" is disrupting people's daily lives. Meanwhile, you're the one running, NY->FL->Thailand, trying to escape people with whom you disagree. I really have no words for that. Honestly, you could have not responded to James and me (keep in mind, I responded to James, not you...you CHOSE to engage with me), but you chose to do so.
