Not all need a bank letter. Canadians can still get a income statement from their embassy. That is if they have sufficiant income.

I think he means 60 days single entry tourist visa and a 30 days extension.

Re-entry permit can be requested any time. I always get one directly after my yearly extension. Mornings or in the afternoon. No difference.

Only the resident certificate should be requested/picked up in the morning

You should arrive 15 minutes prior to your apointment time. Thai immigration was realy on time at my last 3 apointments. But it can be different per immigration office. There are about 80 immigration offices in Thailand.

You not need a booking. Just go to your local immigration and request the extension. Go asap

This not is 90 days but a one year non O multiple visa. But indeed have to leave every 90 days. Every entry gives a permision to stay of 90 days

If you can, try to avoid a monday visit to the immigration. For sure the busiest day of the week.

I know a guy who is working in the oil industry, living in Thailand and had bought himself a Elite visa. He told me that was the only way to get in and out Thailand without any restrictions.
