TLDR : Answer Summary
The punctuality of Thai immigration offices can vary by location. Generally, it is advisable to arrive 5-15 minutes earlier than your appointment time, especially after lunch when staff may be slower to resume work. Some offices may allow immediate entry for appointments, while others treat late arrivals like walk-ins. Based on recent experiences, many users report that their appointments have been met on time, particularly at the main government complex in Bangkok.

The government complex in Bangkok was exactly on time all three times I went for my TR extension. It is the main government complex not Laksi.

do you have the legit website for booking appointments for extensions in Bangkok? We have a 2 month tourist visa we need to extend. We have only ever extended our 30 day exemptions before. So we don't really know what to expect

That depends on the office you are using. Their lunch break finishes at 1pm, and they are always a bit sluggish straight after lunch, so don’t expect to be called right on 1pm, my tip would be get there before that time to ensure you are first in the queue, even though you have an appointment time, good luck.

You should arrive 15 minutes prior to your apointment time. Thai immigration was realy on time at my last 3 apointments. But it can be different per immigration office. There are about 80 immigration offices in Thailand.

1 PM, sounds like you will be the first after lunch, so it will probably be close to that time. You won't be backed up by a previous appointee. Then again maybe they give all their afternoon appointments 1 PM then it would be first come first served.

That depends on each office. Some offices let you in immediately even if you arrive later with a booking, while some put you in a queue as same as walk-ins if you are late for a certain time.

The best may be arriving 5-10 minutes earlier than your appointment time.

Print and bring the appointment details sent by email, in case.
