hi! i need to get a re-entry visa in chiang mai, and i have a memory that they only do it either in the morning or in the afternoon. Any clues? Thank you!

it's still in effect at the Central Festival Immigration location 😛

Re-entry permit can be requested any time. I always get one directly after my yearly extension. Mornings or in the afternoon. No difference.

Only the resident certificate should be requested/picked up in the morning
