I was on an extension based on employment for the last year, for the same school for 3 consecutive years prior to the change.

In March I switched to a marriage visa from having a Non B. Immigration could not cancel my extension of stay as I could not leave the country. Therefore my passport now reads Thai wife/ Non B visa. Unless, you leave the country Jay, immigration as far as my visa reads can't cancel your existing Non B. This was at my immigration office in Korat, I doubt ever office acts the same though ...
