What does my landlady need to complete my TM30 registration online, and can I do it myself without her details?

Hi, I'm trying to complete my TM30 form online, but I believe I need my landlady to do this for me? What does she need to be able to complete the registration process and the online application? And once she has, is there anything further I need to do ( maybe assist her with certain documents to complete the online form or visit immigration myself to have the document printed out and put in to my passport?) Or is it easier for me to try and go to immigration alone, without all of her details ( I don't have her house book number/ registration) trying to file a TM30? I will need to visit Nakhon Ratchasima / Korat immigration if that helps. Thank you kindly in advance to anyone who can help with my issue.

open the app or website and follow the instructions, it will ask to upload the house book, passport picture etc.

You can not report your stay without the address mentioned in the housebook and without copy id of the owner.

No, as asked the home owner details. Or you are the home owner or you use the details from the home owner. The app is designed for home owners and fits one adress. It is not an app for tourist to use when travel around.

Thank you very much for your speedy reply. When I go to the app it asks for the home owners details not mine to register ( this is where it really confuses me). Can I put my details to register and then complete on her behalf, or fill in her details and register as her and complete as necessary (I'm guessing the latter wouldn't work).

my owner gave me the login username and password. It makes it very convenient if they do that. Otherwise you need to bother them every time you return from traveling to resubmit

,cheers for your input. I've just moved in to a new house that I'll rent for the year. The problem was mainly the landlady didn't have a clue what a TM30 was as she's never let to a foreigner before. Once she understood, she helped out a great deal filling in the app details and it was all done and dusted early afternoon.
