I think it depends on the branch store you opened at because I had the name thing correct and they still froze my account. I went to withdraw and close the account and they told me I could keep it if I showed my lease, and a letter from my gym. I got those things and they unlocked my account.

They do look at over stays not just in thailand but in other countries as well. there is no telling how this will effect you. It probably won't but they do look at it.

no secrets i sent a 2 minute voice message on why I got an agent for my situation and especially when I was applying there were a lot of changes to the application and why it was way better to just get an agent. I just didn't want to type a mega message in here.

I used an agent but they are expensive. Even when there were issues they were able to over come them.

You can get a drivers license on a visitors visa.. I got mine in October while on a visitors visa before I even got on a DTV visa.
