 This isn't written into Thai law yet and may never past the Vote...

I think this is more aimed towards Thai nationals of high net worth hiding monies off shore etc...

Doubt they be chasing up every Tom Rick & Harry for withdrawing 20,000-30,000b from ATMs and card transactions at Restaurants, Lotus & Marko etc...

But there again I guess time will tell...
