Any one know why the thai embassey in Sydney Australia is not taking calls or replying to emails

Email them, they never answer the phone. They will reply in 1 or 2 days usually.

Normal for most embassies. See if they have a Facebook page and if the Facebook messages are active. If so try messaging them there.
