Well what was the reason? Her age? The money? Her not having reasons to come back to thailand like such as not owning property, having elder fsmily to take care of? If she was denied once, it will most likely happen again. I even know thai superstars who were denied and they can proove tons of stuff. Most western countries are not happy to let thai women into their countries

Well first off it wont be your house it would be your wifes house. Farangs cant own a house or property, some can own condos depending on nationality. For your own house either your thai wife owns it, or you open a board of directors and share ownership, which again you cant have majority share or you lease the land for 30 plus years

Well for the USA that is considered a damaged passport, even if it is a little bit. It is no longer valid. And because it is damaged it does not qualify as proof of who you are. You have to turn the passport in and now provide even more documentation of who you are.

This happened to me and it was a pain as im a dual citizen with canada so i had to provide my birth abroad certificate from 1986 and signed affidavits from my sibilings and father stating i am.who i am.

Normally when you exchange to a new passport they use the old one as proof, but with damaged its a no go unfortunetly. :( again this is for american passport
