because the woman was an idiot and didn't bother looking inside my passport for My long term visa. They won't let u on a plane without a return ticket unless you have a long term visa. So she thought I was some idiot who didn't know that...but of course I had a one year visa for thailand

Please be aware that even expedited passports are taking 4 months to get...Also keep in mind that a damaged passport is not valid to confirm your identity. So make sure you have other documents to proove that as that passport is now null and void for that use as well.
