I don’t even understand what you mean re: extending DTV for 2 months.

But yes, everyone needs to do 90 day reporting , you go to immigration. Fill out some forms.

You kids need a visa, but they won’t face legal repercussions until they are 14. But if you wanna do it properly, yes they need a visa

Depends on where you’re earning that money and if they have a double taxation agreement. Probably at those amounts 15-20%

I guess it depends on how you’re making money and where you’re selling art. You would have to export everything. I’m not even sure if they would accept it, as it’s not really a remote/online job.

Anonymous participant I am assuming if you're able to work remotely, You are working on translating text, i didn't assume books but legal and technical documents. But i guess you could be working remotely as a translator live in calls?

Most certainly you don't intend to translate in person in Thailand.
