Does anyone have a suggestion for a Muay Thai Gym in Bangkok, preferably around Phrom Phong to Phra Khanong that can supply the documents for DTV. I wanted to go with KruDam in Sukhumvit Soi 36 but they have informed me they aren't doing DTV.

Fitfac have gym at ekkamai, gateway mall. They provide recommendations. Just approved my DTV in Jakarta

If you extend via immigration very likely have to show you still on the course.Leave and reenter, just get stamped back in at the airport.
