I know if you go to Immigration and get their list of requirements for whatever you want to do it's not that difficult and will cost just 1900B (extension) or 2000B (visa) so no I don't know.

but are your dependents yet on an Extension of Stay (you said just arrived on a Non-O in which case they need to extend not do a 90 Day Report)?

You do not do a 90 Day Report while on a Non-O Visa which only gives you 90 days stay, it starts when the first 12 month Extension of Stay is stamped in. They should be preparting for the Extension of Stay application well before 21-Jan.

I assume you are not in ED Visas but Extensions of Stay based on education which you first need to cancel with documentation from your school. You then cannot switch to a new reason for your Extension of Stay so you exit then either get your Non-O Visas from outside Thailand or re-enter using Visa Exemptv then apply for your Non-Os inside Thailand which requires 800k each in Thai bank accounts for the initial Non-O and first Extension of Stay as above.

If you want a US Visa you're asking the wrong group
