I had a 60 days Tourism Visa Single Entry that I extended with 30 days.
If I want to stay in Thailand I need to leave the country and apply for a new visa? So if I entry Cambodja tomorrow do I have to apply for a new 60 days tourism visa or what is a borderrun?
Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the process of extending their stay in Thailand after extending their 60-day Tourist Visa with a 30-day extension. They seek clarification on whether they must leave to apply for a new visa upon traveling to Cambodia and what exactly constitutes a 'border run'. The comments provide varied advice, indicating that a border run allows re-entry into Thailand with a new 60-day stamp, depending on the user's nationality and present circumstances. Some suggest using a visa-run agency for convenience, while others recommend staying a few days in Cambodia for safety.
Personally I would travel to Cambodia and visit Angkor wat.
When do you have the chance to do that again?
I may have a contact to the driver who drove us for a week (from and back to border) and explained all the temples.

Well I just did that. Take bus to border. Poi pet. 400 bath. When you come to border u can choose by going fast in and out same day thrue agency there. That is 7000 bath. Or you can just pay 1800 for visa to Cambodia and stay at hotel a few days and go back over the border to thailand.
you are paying too much. Any border run agency from Pattaya takes care of you, you bounce out and back in on the same say, visa for Cambodia included and one hot lunch. For 3800.- THB. I don't understand why you would waste 7400 Baht for this service
alternatively you can exit Thailand to Cambodia, and apply in the Thai e-visa online system of the Thai embassy Phnom Penh for a 60-days tourist visa for Thailand. The processing will take about 4 days to one week, before the visa will be issued or rejected. It's easier if you just pay a Visa-Run Agency to take you to the border, stamp out of Thailand, stamp into Cambodia, turn around, stamp out of Cambodia and stamp back into Thailand without any visa (visa-exempt entry)

You apparently are from Sweden. You will get a 60-days stay permit when you enter Thailand visa-exempt. However I do not recommend you doing a border run to Cambodia on your own, unless you stay in Cambodia for minimum a few days to a week. If you really want to "border bounce", you must use a "Visa-run Agency" because only they can ensure you can bounce within one day safely, because these agencies are "greasing the wheels" at the border . . . . there are Visarun Agencies in Pattaya, they take care of everything in one day, including a lunch, for 3800.- THB

That all depends on what nationality your passport is
