TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the requirement for a 90-day report for family members on a dependent visa (NON-O) living in Sattahip, Thailand. The commenters clarify that the report should be filed at the immigration office corresponding to their residence address (where the TM30 is registered). After the initial 90-day report, future reports can be done online. Additionally, it's highlighted that the requirement for a 90-day report applies after the first 12-month Extension of Stay is granted, which the user should prepare for before the January 21 deadline.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
Explore recent discussions by using the Non-O Retirement Visa tag in the search box at the top of the page.
You do not do a 90 Day Report while on a Non-O Visa which only gives you 90 days stay, it starts when the first 12 month Extension of Stay is stamped in. They should be preparting for the Extension of Stay application well before 21-Jan.
Go to your local Immigration and get their list of requirements for the Visa or Extension you require then just tick everything off as you prepare your application

You use the office where you/they live (where their TM30 is filed). After the first in-person 90 day has been done, future ones can be done online.
