The Op posted lower requirements Fox Retirement Extensions NOT marriage Extensions, they have different requirements. Getting married doesn't reduce the financials for a Retirement Extension.ou can, if you meet all of the Marriage Extension requirements (and there are more) you can switch the reason for the Extension so then it is no longer Retirement.

There is no lower financial requirement for a Retirement Visa or Extension if married to a Thai, it is still 800k etc.

Both, a Non-O is valid for 90 days from the date of issue and gets you a 90 day entry stamp even if you use it on day 90
