The best thing you can do is go to immigration tomorrow bright and early.

Take with you (parents to take)

Copy of passport.

Copy of TM6 (departure card)

2 x passport photo

1900thb each for a 30 day extension.

Worst case scenario will be that the extension will be denied and they will receive a 7 day extension (not an extension but additional time to leave the country)

This should keep them up to date with stamps in their passports.

Have a copy of the certificate showing the name change of your spouse for both your surname and Mrs. this was not on the list of requirements at the IO I used. It may well be on yours I don’t know.

Your husband is Thai, right?

I can be asked for. It does not have to be THB. It can be the equivalent in another currency.
