ORIGINAL POSTER
Been trying to get in the Thai embassy website today but with no luck.

I would like to ask what documents must be submitted when applying for a non o 90 day. Visa.

I hold a British papasport and will be applying to the Thai embassy/consulate in the U.K. prior to travel.

Upon arrival in Thailand it is my intention to gain visa based on dependents and marriage but (those questions will come later)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks information on the required documents for applying for a Non-O 90-day visa at the Thai embassy in the UK, as they are currently facing difficulties accessing the embassy's website. They hold a British passport and plan to apply before travel, stating intentions to obtain a marriage-related visa upon arrival in Thailand. Comments include a link to the Thai embassy website for non-immigrant visas and a note about possible closure for the Easter holiday.
