Hi guys Tod, Robert et all.

Couple of questions if you don’t mind.

I will be applying for an extension of stay based on being married to a Thai at Samut Prakan. I already have the non o 90day visa which was issued in country and all the relevant docs/banking.

1) Will the 365 day extension be issued on the day, or will i need to wait for a few weeks and then go back and get the “result”?

2) Once the 365 day extension is issued will o need to report every 90 days?

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on the process of applying for a 365-day extension of stay based on their marriage to a Thai national. They have a Non-O 90-day visa and are inquiring whether the extension will be granted immediately or if they will need to return after a few weeks for the result. Additionally, they ask if they will be required to report every 90 days once the extension is approved.
