the Tax laws for 180 days have not changed, they have been there for years and 1000’s of Expat have lived in Thailand for years. As for Tax experts, most of them are scaremongering to get you to part with your cash, to them, just like Agents.
Thanks Gents. I was actually on a Retirement Visa but school boy error, I forgot to get it renewed before I returned to work. It runs out while I’m at work outside of Thailand. My contract is up I December so I would have to do possibly 3 entries before I am back in Thailand long enough to get back onto a retirement visa. Apologies James for not seeing your message just gone 0500 where I am just now.
you couldn’t have been more clearer, check your first 6 words of your sentence. You asked for straight advice, yet again the Facebook warriors set in and then climb down. I hope your daughter arrives safely and you have a wonderful time, together in Thailand 🙏
I’be got a very good friend currently in ICU in Bangkok who suffered a major heart attack, just over 2 weeks ago. He is with Cigna and they have been brilliant, so once I retire from work, I know who I’ll be looking for my medical insurance?
