No such thing as a 3months tourist visa, as stated earlier, from the day it was issued, you get 3 months to enter the country, but once it is used, you only have 2 months in-country, which can be extended for another 30 days

If you are on the first 3months of the Non-B, it can be transferred, if on extension, no, the day it gets canceled, that day you need to leave the country.

 it is not a 7 day extension, it is actually an automatic denial of extension, and this gives you 7 days to leave the country

You are on overstay from the moment you work permit expired, both you and employer had to cancel it, you will get fined, not the ex-employer
