What is the best/fastest Thai embassy to apply for a Non-b visa abroad?

I'm looking at Vientiane, Savannkhet and Penang. Leaning towards Penang at the moment.

Which one would you recommend?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around which Thai embassy abroad offers the fastest processing time for a Non-B visa, with suggestions highlighting Savannakhet as a favorable option due to no appointment requirement and quicker processing time compared to Vientiane, which requires appointments and may take longer. A participant mentioned a positive experience at Kota Bharu, mentioning a swift one-day processing time, while others share experiences regarding travel routes and the specific requirements based on nationality.

Bus, Mini-Van, Car, etc. The same as going to Nong Khai border but you go Mukdahan.

Depends were in Thailand you are. All 3 are easy, I'd recommend Savannakhet or the nearest one to you.

Nice, where do you find the transfer? Seems to be a 3 hour trip from Udon

Ubon NOT Udon! There are cars at the airport or head to the bus station. 55 min flight and about 2 hour drive.

100% kota bharu malaysia, 1 day processing 2 min application in embassy. I also know of someone who was rejected non b in penang malaysia and then granted in kota bharu.
