60 days exemption. Extend for 30 days 1900baht. Leave country after 90 days...come back in with another 60 days...wash and repeat. Unlimited air and border runs. As long as your TM 30s reflect moving around the country you will not draw attention from immigration

there is a video on youtube where the popular vlogger Chris “Retired Working for You” that interviewed a consulate and clarified everything. You can do one extension every 180 days to add up to 360 days then you depart Thailand and come back with another 180 days and the cycle continues within a 5 year period
