Kevin Mackenzie Not when you have had 2 x tourist visas and been refused a third it won't. They check the visas in the passport, so they don't care if you were out of Thailand for a day or a month ;)

OK, well then there will be no record of where you are staying, you will not be visiting an immigration office for any reason, so there is no way for them to fine you, and it is very unlikely that your girlfriend would be fined either. I would just leave it.

Depending on where you do it, You can sometimes print your rental contract and do it yourself. Have to check with immigration.
