Will my partner face visa issues for visiting Thailand every month?
Hello. My partner visits me every month here in BKK. She will visit again in May, as we are in a long distance relationship. Will there be an issue with visa since she visits monthly? IO never asked for my partner’s documents for the past 4 months. Anything to prepare moving forward?

I am going to caution people one last time to NOT bother posting things like "I've flown in and out of thailand for years every month on visa exempt entries and no one said anything to me..."
It gives people a false sense of security. I mean just because you managed to do it does NOT mean that every does.
IF you have an extensive entry history to thailand (especially living here on back-2-back visa exempt or tourist visa entries) about all you can do is be prepared with the proof of funds, proof of onward travel and proof of a hotel booking..
You might skate thru and you might get questioned. It comes down to the immigration officer you're standing in front of when you stamp in.

About all they do is be prepared as far as having proof of funds (20K baht or the equivalent) in CASH, proof of onward travel and proof of a hotel booking.. Have those things and hope for the best :)

What nationality is your partner? I would guess they're entering the country on a visa exempt entry?

No one can predict how many times she can keep coming. The rule is unlimited, but as Tod says, just have all the backup proof. :)

OPfrom Philippines. I heard different answers that IO will question if it’s 4th or 5th visit. So far, she just visited for thr 4th time this year and was never questioned.she’s flying again in May. Thanks for the advice 🙂 she has that covered so hopefully no issues in the future.
