James Miller, another guy also at my immigration was asked to keep the 400k for 3 months. So far I haven't been asked for any of this...

Benjamin Hays, I know one guy being asked to show money once showing up to get the full extension. He didn't have the 400k at this time and was asked to leave the country in 7 days... You'll never know for sure what new rules they will come up with...

Regardless of your 90 days of reporting, you will need to go to Immigration and transfer your visa to your new passport, if your visa is in your old passport.

Try again tomorrow. I had the problem one time that it would not accept my email address. A few hours later it worked out fine.
