Hi, my 3 month non-o visa extension report is due to next week. Is Chang Watthana immigration office is the only option if that will be my first ever report and i live in Bangkok? Thank you for your advice so much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original query asked if the Chang Watthana immigration office is the only option for a first 90-day report for a non-O visa in Bangkok. The response clarified that the 90-day reporting section has moved to Muang Thong Thani immigration office since July 13th, and it is necessary to go there for reporting. Additionally, it's suggested to consider online reporting options or mail submissions if the online process is difficult.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
  • Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
  • For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
  • Explore recent discussions by using the Non-O Retirement Visa tag in the search box at the top of the page.

okay we're done, what i'm not gonna have is this go round and round and round.

TRY to do the 90 day reporting NOT with the b/s mobile phone apps, BUT with the website that Marcus linked to. IF you can get past the CAPTCHA page (meaning it clicks over to page 2) you should be able to file a 90 day report online. IF you can't, it means you either mail it in (where it has to be postmarked 14 days before the due date) OR you go in person to MTT and file

Here's the address to mail in a 90 day report for Bangkok,

You need the paper they gave you that says when your report is due, a filled out TM47 90 day report form, copies of the data page of your passport, your visa stamp, your last entry stamp, your current extension and your TM6 departure card. You also enclose a self addressed stamped envelope so they can mail your receipt back to you

Send it EMS (tracked mail) to this address;

ATTENTION 90 Day Reporting

Immigration Office Division 1

Chalermprakiat Government Complex

120 Moo 3 Chaengwattana Road Soi 7

Thungsonghong, Laksi Bangkok

IF you are talking about filing a 90 day report on an extension of stay (they put a paper in your passport stating when you do it) you don't go to Chaengwattana :/ The 90 day reporting section was moved to Muang Thong Thani Immigration office on July 13th, so you go there to file a 90 day report.

While they says that the first extension counts as your first 90 day report
@Mar***
, it really doesn't :O What it does is START the 90 day count down clock. AND that's why they usually give you the paper when you get your first extension that tells you when your actual 90 day report date is.

@Zoltan Please give it a try online and report back, that would be helpful for many people as this question pops up again and again.

@Marcus *******
, I did it online the first time also.

@Henrik ***
if you actually did, you'd be the first person I ever heard of that pulled it off. :O

You're telling me you had a paper like this in your passport AND were able to file an online report from the 90 day online website ??

@Tod ********
, no I didn't get like this but same any other 90 days reporting the same time as my first visa extension. Everyone told me, that I could not do the first 90 days online, but I did and then went asking IMM if ok, and it was...
Marcus ********
Does not hurt to try, takes 5 mins and you know more ;)

Or do it online, if online does not work (you can't go past the first page) then you can also send it by mail. Just the paper/copies, not the actual passport.
Tod *********
@Marcus *******
online will not work the first time you apply for a 90 day report, you have to get in the data base first.

OR

at least that has been my experience with the system
