 nothing is given, still dont need a onward needed. Most people with dtv stay 100 + days when they first are here, if not even longer. Many works and just does border skip for the weekend even

 no you dont. Nobody plan trips 6 months ahead. And you can extend at immigration aswell so who plans 1 year upfront?
