Although, I already submitted them already in the original files.
Is it because the bank account I submitted does not match the account I receive my pay? The account I receive my pay does not have 500k is this a problem?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on why additional documents were requested for their Thai visa application, despite having already submitted the necessary information. It appears that the authorities are requesting proof of employment through pay slips and the frequency of money entering the account, which is separate from the requirement of showing a balance of 500,000 THB. Comments from others suggest that the 500k requirement does not need to be in the same account as the one receiving payment, and sharing a summary of transaction history might be sufficient.

I think you misunderstood the request. While you are required to show 500K (which it sounds like you already have done), they now want proof of employment via pay slips and money entering your account (regardless of what account) matching your payslips. This is a completely different request, not related to the 500K and is probably a way for them to verify that you have actual employment
