ORIGINAL POSTER
Under the information about the DTV on the info page is says

"Financial evidence: amount of no less than ฿500,000 ( $ 14,750+ ) for the last 3 months, e.g. bank statements, payslips, sponsorship letter"

Does sponsorship letter work for all softpower?

If i do a medical soft power application what does this sponsorletter need to say?

My impression is that a sponsorletter is to secure and cover your stay, but should that then say 5 years or 180 days??

Anyone used a sponsorletter on a softpower dtv?

The responses highlight that personal financial evidence is generally preferred, and suggest checking with the respective embassy for specific rules as they may vary.

It is better to save that own capital in an account. It's a different matter for young people sponsored by their parents. I asked the children about it, but I get relatives under the work visa.

These are questions for the embassy where you apply. Every embassy makes their own rules and requirements. What worked for one person might not work for you if they used a different embassy.
