you are correct for retirement visa renewal but if you buy a property it is required to show the reason.

if someone with a 90 days ( based on Thai child) family single entry visa from the Thai Consulate can get re-entry permit as well? Then you can get one year extension if you apply before the end of the visa?

I rephrase my question. How long does 90 days O e-visa for 1 year extension take (Hua Hin)? Can you get an extension and leave with a re-entry stamp before your original 90 days expires? Do you know if the Australian Embassy in BKK still gives a certificate of your income? They used to give in the past. Thank you
