Why was my Thai visa application rejected due to surname issues despite matching my passport?

You sure your surname was correct? When you upload your passport bio page. It will overwrite anything you manually entered. Many examples of it messing up, changing o to 0 etc.

Cambodia takes ten business days, not including the day you applied. If you applied on Jan 2nd (1st was a holiday), you should have your results by tomorrow.
