that is why I asked which embassy, as most embassies around Thailand don’t have the evisa system.

-1), No, you are supposed to be in the country where you apply. 2), Always have to apply outside of Thailand. What embassy will you apply through. If they don’t have evisa system, they will need to physically take your passport, so couldn’t travel if you don’t have it.
