That's what was confusing me - he said he had the requirements except those items, but if that's what he's basing the Visa on, those are the requirements 😅.

You can just get the retirement visa.

But if you’re firm on DTV, there are no medical or dental requirements for DTV, not sure what you’re referring to there. And you just apply through the embassy closest to you. No need to go to Thailand at all.

Provided most recent bank statement, offer letter from 2020 showing I work remotely, current letter showing I’m still employed by the same company.

They requested business registration document. I sent that.

Approved.
