The 30-day extension will take you through to May 3. Whether you can apply for a covid extension depends on whether the government extends the application period beyond March 25. If they do it will probably end on May 23, in which case you most probably will be able to. However, this won't be known until on or about March 25

I know one case with a retirement visa, same story 800k. Got a visit from immigration police. Couldn't produce bankbook. Arrested. Sent to IDC. 20,000 baht overstay fee. Deported. Five year ban.
