last Transfer I did, a couple months ago, 260k baht cost me 811 baht total charges. Not sure about auto conversion as I don't transfer monthly so have no need to do that.
I transfer baht to bangkok bank. Conversion i do in revolut when the rates are favourable and transfer when I need money. My transfers always show as international transfers in my pass book.
There is a small transfer fee from revolut and from the bank but its negligible.... to me anyway. I also have a wise account but Revolut is my go to method/international bank. BTW, I usually transfer largish amount rather than small amounts often. Works for me.
First, go to a spinal consultant and get an MRI. This will either conform or eliminate a serious spinal problem. I was referred to physiotherapy who said I had a age related stenosis. I wasn't happy so got a referral to a consultant and found I had 3 prolapsed discs with my spinal column compressed to 3mm. (Actually 2mm in the end) I needed surgery. You are better off in the long run to find out the underlying issue early.
