you can port a lump of parts.

Likely pay crazy import fees.

You would then assemble such parts BUT the vehicle would never be registerable or Insurable.

It would require a savvy importer and customs "assistance ".

If money is not an object.

Give it a try.

But as always you will be at the mercy of the officer handling it.

Too risky IMO.

You will need to go back to the airport and show them your DTV e-visa.

It's a stamping mistake or you did not show your e-visa.

If it's a stamping mistake then a local immigration office may help you.

In most cases you will need to go back to the entry point and see if they will fix.

Otherwise you will need to use it on your next entry.

You present the evisa document and your passport together to the entry officer.

There is no firm rule.

You can come and go as much as you want.

UNTIL an IO officer decides its enuff.

Usually a warning first...but..

not at all, if you are staying in Patong and going to tourist restaurants you are paying super premium prices.

Went to a nice little noodle shopnin Phuket town for late lunch.

2 thai tea

Split appetizer

2 beef noodle soups.

209b

Ice creams at a artisan ice cream shop 1 scoop on waffle cone 89b

And that's expensive fancy.

Didn't have dinner because we were both full from that.

There are great values all-over the island, even in Patong.

Heck I know Thai buffets that are AYCE 99b

AYCE BBQ buffets 195-350b
