@Katharina ******
new passport does nothing.

Everything is connected through Biometrics.

They know you're history.

that would be a specific office that did that for whatever reason.

That is an anomaly.

Find it very hard to believe, but T.I.T.

the original post did not use his own money, the agent did.

no you cannot, as you did not have the funds for the original visa/extension.

You cannot provide the necessary financial evidence.

They would need an agent to continue that cycle.

That is the agent hamster wheel.

The only way to "fix it" is to break it and start over again with the real financial proof.

thai, you will leave them on "overstay" until you fix their Thai citizenship.

It has no bearing on your status.

It doesn't matter what currency it is in and long as there is easy conversion.

I have not seen anyone successful using Wise, as it is not a traditional bank.

Currently the easiest to achieve what you want, without border bounces, would be DTV based on a "soft power", like muay thai or cooking classes.

You can stay 6 months every year for 5 years without border bounces.

Proof of 500k baht ( 20k cdn) one time proof for 5 years of visa.

As long as you come and go.

At this point you only need one course usually 3-6 months it seems and get 5 years, amazing deal.

Cost varies but about $400cdn visa and $800cdn for the courses seems to be what's reported.

You can come and go whenever you want and each time you enter its 6 months.

The courses have no follow up, so it's like a gym membership, if you don't go it doesn't matter.

It is a good way to do what you want, now, who knows if it stays that simple for the duration....

If you want a multientry 1 year visa, apply for an OA.
