TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster, along with her two children, entered Thailand on a 60-day visa exemption. She plans to marry her Thai boyfriend and apply for a Non-O visa, seeking advice on her children's visa status. Community responses explain that since the children have a Thai father, they may be eligible for Thai citizenship, which would exempt them from needing separate visas. However, it's recommended to handle their citizenship paperwork to avoid overstays, and potential military draft obligations were also mentioned.

if the father is on the birth certificate you can go to the Thai Embassy in Sweden to obtain Thai Birth Certificates. Then you can get Thai Passports for them. If you do not have time to do that, enter them on visa exempt. Stay on overstay until you get the Thai citizenship sorted. There is no penalty for overstay by minors.
You need to do the citizenship so you can put their names on a house book registration
the children being on a house book is very important in Thailand. Without that they will not be able to go to a Thai School, get ID card and many other Thai benefits.

If their father is Thai they can also get a Thai citizenship. (And still keep their Swedish one).
