if that was the case they wouldn't allow people with tourists stamp exemptions and visas to rent out condos. Stop white knighting for a country that can't even decide it's on government

best look around mate I'm sure there are other options when Thailand's government is no longer the government people thought it to be because it can't stop changing its laws every week. being a puppet for the Communist Chinese and every other country in the world does not helping Thailand any. The country is getting filled with crazy people and real estate scammers that know that people on tourist visas can't fill out an entire contract for a year. Thailand is just not the place to go to anymore bro. Besides being controlled by a military coup one big check from any foreign power and Thailand changes completely

as for the person in the post it is wise to abide by the immigration laws I would expect that of anybody but I can also understand that a lot of people are white knighting for a country that can't keep laws and effect long enough for people to even know what they are. Like previously Americans could enter under the Visa free exemption 60 days Plus 30 more equals 90 days. Personally I think people just maybe need to visit Thailand when they open their borders backup rather than fly in Thailand directly. Because I've been living here since January and the laws continue to change.

who am I the person that decides whether they want to go or not. If I want to go to Thailand and be held up by a government that technically doesn't exist and changes its law every week. Then through my actions and words I decide whether I want to go or not or others to go or not whether they abide by what I say or not. It's their choice. Just like how Thailand selecting its government is their choice. But they can't keep changing the laws constantly just because they want to try to empty everyone's wallets there are other friendlier countries and they know that Cambodia and Laos are taking their tourism away because they're being senseless. Stop white knighting bro.🤣🤣🤣 Of course if anybody is going to break the law in the country they get what's coming to them. but it's vague when you can't essentially follow the laws that change and no longer become valid anymore constantly.

personally I think Thailand needs to be put on a no-fly list and tariffed. You don't get to hold people Ransom in your country and force them to buy a plane ticket to go to a neighboring country especially if they're following the laws and are continuing to stay within their permitted stay time it's okay if they decide to let people over to Cambodia and Laos but they don't have to let them back in

what rules or laws are you talking about here in Thailand because last time I checked they can't keep a government in power or keep laws in effect long enough without changing them every week? They keep doing this and taking people's money I think they need to be tariffed and put in a no-fly list. If you're going to White Night for this country at least make sure this country has got it s stuff together first

Well it's a complicated situation it's safe here but it's not safe to enter due to the fact that authorities here in Thailand don't abide by the embassy's website stating that you're allowed two entries by border per calendar year. So essentially this is a country that won't follow its own rules and makes makes them up as they go except for the main common laws that you would expect to a certain extent.

they shouldn't be doing that at all because the embassy website States you're allowed to border entries per calendar year by land and six by air. What they're doing goes against their own rules and regulations. They're harassment to foreigners is probably going to end up getting them on a no fly list and possibly tariffed. They need to change the rules to represent what they wish to represent or they need to stop doing what they're doing.

not Thailand because they stay on their Embassy website that we are allowed to border crossings per calendar year and 6 by air a lot of other people enter Thailand and don't have a proper visa for visiting other foreigners that have lived here. There is not and they do not have a Visa for every purpose that's why multiple entries are usually granted if they want to remove that then they need to do so not sit there and take people's money and put them in constant danger and threats other countries won't put up with that. No country once a nation that you pay thousands to get to and get treated with hostility. Besides they need to decide they can't decide what to do even with their own country
